About Our Company

Opened in 1968 by Anthony Spitz, Spitz started as a single store in Johannesburg CBD. Now, with over 70 stores across the country, Spitz has grown to stand synonymous with the excellence of the exclusive international brands it offers in stores, placing it as South Africa’s premium footwear retailer.

Finding Products

Our products are grouped into main shopping areas such as Men, Women, Junior and Accessories. Within these departments, products are divided into categories. You can click on these categories to see a further breakdown of products. You can also refine your search for products by colour or size, for example. You can also use the search box in the top right-hand corner of the website, by simply typing in the name of the item you’re looking for, such as “Carvela Patent Moccasin” or “Lacoste Sneaker”. The website will then show you all the products that contain your searched word in the description.

You can click here to find our contact details or submit a query online. We endeavor to acknowledge all email and contact requests via the website within 48 hours. For a quicker resolution to an issue, please call our customer care directly on 0860 109 321 from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 16h30.

Ordering

While we do not currently facilitate online shopping, we are able to show where you can find stock of a particular shoe. Simply click on the product you’re interested in and choose your location using the drop down menus on the left. The results will then show which stores near to you have stock. You can then contact the store directly to ask them to set the shoe aside for you or go through our customer care team by calling 0860 109 321 or sending an email to [email protected].
